Winter is a cruel mistress. In spite of our best efforts (or maybe we’ve just gotten busy and haven’t had time to do much about it!) we tend to pack on a few winter pounds, and then spend late winter and spring trying to take them off again. Don’t do the frantic late-winter dance anymore
